Senior System Engineer (Managed Services) Overview:

We are an award-wining Managed Service Provider delivering superior IT solutions to businesses across California and Nevada. With a comprehensive range of services including IT support, cloud hosting and cybersecurity, we give businesses back time to do what matters most. The Senior System Engineer (Managed Services) will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week. Only considering candidates commutable to Arlington to be able to service our clients in emergency situations.

As a Senior System Engineer (Managed Services), you’ll be part of the Projects Team working with other technicians and engineers. The Senior System Engineer (Managed Services) will be working on deployments, onboarding, implementations, and high-level remediation for clients. The Senior System Engineer (Managed Services) requires previous MSP experience and strong knowledge of Window Server, M365, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, SonicWALL, and Azure.

Senior System Engineer (Managed Services) Projects/Skills:

M365 migrations
Complex software migrations (ERP upgrades, new cloud software installations with integrations with DNS, etc)
Server migrations (VMWare, HyperV, Azure)
Sharepoint migrations/setups
Teams Implementations
Azure migrations/setups
VMware server migrations
Server migrations/setups
Sharepoint setup (Not websites, just the Sharepoint/Onedrive piece)
Network installations (New firewalls from scratch, switches, racks, wifi)
Some network setups (Firewall, switches, wifi, etc)
New client onboarding
Connectiwise/ITGlue skills a bonus
VOIP setups
New office buildouts

Senior System Engineer (Managed Services) Salary + Benefits:

$110k – $120k (dependent on experience)
