Senior System Engineer – Managed Services Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
  • Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, M365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
  • Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.

Senior System Engineer – Managed Services Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Cloud technologies (Azure)
  • Strong experience with Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Support of Windows Server environments (AD, GPO)
  • Concepts, configuration, and troubleshooting of firewalls (SonicWall, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Meraki, PfSense)
  • M365 Migration experience
