๐ What Youโll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of professional service clients (law firms, engineering firms, financial services, etc.)

Translate complex IT concepts into clear, actionable business insights

Deliver strategic technology guidance that drives efficiency, productivity, and ROI

Conduct regular QBRs and planning meetings with clients to discuss upcoming projects, IT roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies

Collaborate closely with service and project delivery teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction

Proactively identify areas for growth, improvement, or service expansion

Handle escalations and support client retention through clear communication and relationship management
๐ง What You Bring

4+ years of experience in technical account management, IT consulting, or systems support (with an MSP)

Comfortable working across cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure environments

Strong grasp of client business operations, goals, and how technology fuels performance

Polished communication skills, professional presence, and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities

Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or other major tech platforms preferred

Experience consulting with small to mid-sized businesses highly valued
