Senior System Engineer (MSP):
We are an award-winning and rapidly expanding Managed IT Services Provider located in Missouri City, TX. We support and implement all facets of technology including cloud, networking, virtualization, security, and more. Our team continues to expand which is why we are currently looking to bring on a full-time, permanent Senior System Engineer (MSP). As a Senior System Engineer (MSP) will exclusively work on high level projects and work from home 2-3 days per week.
The Senior System Engineer (MSP) will do a mix of autonomous and team based projects. This position is also responsible for providing insight and guidance to build and support client networks. The Senior System Engineer (MSP) responsibilities include modernizing infrastructures (migrating clients to AWS/Azure/O365), accessing and building out network infrastructures (Cisco Meraki/SonicWall), and supporting server/workstation level 3 escalated support.
Previous MSP or CSP required for the Senior System Engineer (MSP) role!
Senior System Engineer (MSP) Requirements:
- Design, Implementation and Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, SQL,
- Design, Implementation and Support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, and Microsoft
- Design and implementation at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Design, Implement and support Intune MDM.
- Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
