Senior System Engineer (MSP) Responsibilities:
- 4+ years of Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED for consideration
- Work remotely installing, configuring and supporting PC, Server and Network infrastructure, including Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, VPN gateways, and other equipment.
- Perform PC and Server installation, configuration and repair.
- VMware host installation and configuration, and deployment of virtual machines.
- Installation, support and administration of Windows Server solutions, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Remote Desktop Server.
- Deployment, configuration, administration and support/troubleshooting of MS365 and MS Azure hosting environment.
- Configuration of Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, VPN gateways.
- Administration and support of EMC Storage Area Networks (SAN).
- Create and maintain documentation, including configuration and support procedures, and LAN diagrams.
- Work with the Incident Response Team to respond to security events internally as well as for clients.
