Senior System Engineer (MSP/ SMBs) Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management, decision-makers, and stakeholders to define both business and technical requirements.
- Design and implement technology solutions that meet clients’ business needs.
- Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Manage and support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Implement and support cloud-based products and services.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
Senior System Engineer (MSP/ SMBs) Desired Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years in relevant IT roles, with at least 2 years in an MSP environment (REQUIRED).
- Advanced experience with VMware and Citrix.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Intune, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory.
