We’re in search of a Senior Systems Administrator to bolster our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. If you’re well-versed in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, with expertise in Meraki, Microsoft 365 services, and MDM (Intune), we want to hear from you. This role isn’t just about technical prowess; it requires exceptional customer service skills as you’ll be liaising directly with our valued clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, and extranets.
- Provide comprehensive support for both Windows and Mac environments.
- Diagnose and resolve network and system issues, encompassing routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Oversee network rollouts and manage the networking platform holistically.
- Offer support for various industry-specific software.
- Proactively monitor network and server infrastructure.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Execute data backup and restoration procedures meticulously.
- Uphold standardization policies and thoroughly document technical procedures and user guides.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed of incident progress and changes.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in networking, IT, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 offerings.
- Hands-on experience with Meraki hardware and VPN implementation.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
- Sound understanding of TCP/IP and data protocols.
- Sharp troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of low voltage and AV systems is advantageous.
- ConnectWise experience is highly valued.
