We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical liaison for our clients. This role involves maintaining client satisfaction, managing service requests, and overseeing pricing and equipment selection for projects.

Senior Technical Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key client contacts (senior partners, managers and executives) as their trusted advisor through regularly scheduled meetings (conference calls and onsite).
  • Ensure that all escalated issues reported by client are tracked and addressed, and the client is involved and updated on status.
  • Prepare and present project, service and product quotes for clients.
  • Perform research on technologies and solutions using internal and external resources to understand the nuances of different technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop detailed work plans
  • Provide direction and coordination to internal and external project teams to accomplish work within schedule and budget.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects of different types.
