Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP)

Our service offerings include but are not limited to IT Support, Consulting, Network Security, Cloud Migrations, and Proactive Management Solutions. We have been around for over 20 years and have a collaborative and talented team of engineers. We understand the MSP industry can be hectic, which is why we have placed an emphasis on internal structure and work flow to ensure our team has work life balance and clear expectations.

Currently, we are looking for an experience Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP) to serve as a key liaison to our client base. The Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP) should come from a technical background but excel in explaining technical solutions to non-technical C-level’s. The ideal Senior Technical Account Manager will have experience working in a similar capacity with strong customer service and leadership skills.

Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP) Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working with Windows Server, Exchange Server,  Active Directory, Office 365,
    Azure, VMWare/Hyper-V, Wireless Networks,  and Firewalls (SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Cisco ASA)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a consultative capacity
  • Experience with presales and IT road mapping
  • Ability to analyze client infrastructure and provide recommendations
  • 3+ Years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED

Senior Technical Account Manager (MSP) Benefits:
