As we continue our organic growth, we’re hiring a Senior Technical Engineer to lead infrastructure projects, guide junior engineers, and ensure the delivery of outstanding client solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the technical team lead—providing escalation support, guidance, and mentorship.

  • Architect, deploy, and maintain network and systems infrastructure (on-prem & cloud).

  • Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, DNS, and Windows Server environments.

  • Design and document network topologies and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Tackle escalated tickets (<20%) and assist with client onboarding.

  • Ensure system backups and security protocols are running flawlessly.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and new client environments.

What You Bring

  • MSP experience is required—you understand the pace and variety.

  • Deep knowledge of:

    • Windows Server 2012–2022

    • Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD

    • SonicWALL, Meraki, PF Sense firewalls

    • Hyper-V & VMware

    • Meraki wireless & switching

  • Strong documentation skills and client communication abilities.

  • Leadership mindset and a passion for staying on top of emerging tech.
