Service Delivery Manager – Managed IT Services
Location: Naperville, IL
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for service-related matters, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive communication.
- Service Oversight: Monitor service delivery against SLAs, analyze metrics, and ensure compliance using tools like Autotask. Collaborate with teams to align service delivery with client IT strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the Service Desk and Field Teams by providing resources, coaching, and professional development. Conduct performance reviews and foster accountability.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency and maintain high service quality standards. Conduct audits and ensure documentation meets organizational standards.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with vCIO, Procurement, and technical teams to align strategies and resources. Provide insights from service data to guide leadership decisions.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in IT service delivery or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on accountability and process adherence.
- Proven ability to align operations with strategic goals and enhance client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Local candidates preferred for optimal collaboration and oversight.
