Service Delivery Manager (MSP)

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to success? We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (MSP) to join our dynamic organization. As a Service Delivery Manager (MSP), you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and prioritizing the workload of our support team, while also serving as a resource for decision-making and direction. If you have experience in managing an MSP team, creating and updating SOPs, and compiling service-related data, we want to hear from you!

Service Delivery Manager (MSP) Experience:

  • Monitor team performance regularly and report on metrics, actively driving improvements in service levels and support activities.
  • Group performance with respect to service levels and support activities (e.g. manage dashboards, SLA’s, KPI’s. risks/issues)
  • Ensure the consistency of our documentation efforts. Assist the team with documenting assets, configurations, passwords, processes, etc. and maintaining current and accurate documentation.
  • Identify areas where Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are lacking or require improvement and contribute to enhancing processes.
  • Experience and knowledge of Active Directory & Azure AD administration/M365
  • Minimum 3 years experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in IT roles demonstrating excellent customer service and support
  • Experience using PowerShell and scripting for automation and task optimization is a plus

Service Delivery Manager (MSP) Salary/ Benefits:
