With growing revenue, we are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) to join our growing team and lead the charge.

The Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) will lead IT service operations, overseeing a team of 5-10 technicians (Level 1 to Level 3). This role requires self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. The Service Delivery Manager will combine technical expertise, leadership, and client-focused skills to drive success.

Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Technical Skills:

  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security
  • Proficient in ITSM tools (ConnectWise)
  • Familiar with cloud services (Azure), virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Knowledge of Backups, VDR, VoIP, Microsoft, Dell, and ConnectWise

Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of IT professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience translating long-term strategies into actionable goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Customer Service Skills:

  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations

Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Oversee timesheet administration, task prioritization, and escalations
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with C-Suite and Engineering teams on client onboarding and project status
  • Provide reports on KPIs and CSAT metrics
  • Lead team training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
  • Foster a collaborative environment and implement process improvements
  • Stay current with industry trends and support technology adoption
