With growing revenue, we are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) to join our growing team and lead the charge.
The Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) will lead IT service operations, overseeing a team of 5-10 technicians (Level 1 to Level 3). This role requires self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. The Service Delivery Manager will combine technical expertise, leadership, and client-focused skills to drive success.
Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security
- Proficient in ITSM tools (ConnectWise)
- Familiar with cloud services (Azure), virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Knowledge of Backups, VDR, VoIP, Microsoft, Dell, and ConnectWise
Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of IT professionals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience translating long-term strategies into actionable goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations

Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Oversee timesheet administration, task prioritization, and escalations
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with C-Suite and Engineering teams on client onboarding and project status
- Provide reports on KPIs and CSAT metrics
- Lead team training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Foster a collaborative environment and implement process improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and support technology adoption
