Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH)
We seek a Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH) to join one of our top-tier Managed Service Provider firms. The Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH) will assist with administering the remote monitoring and management system to ensure consistency and accurate reporting of client devices. As a Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH), you will play an active role in daily management of all services calls. This will be a full time hybrid work from home 1-2 days a week.
The Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH) must possess strong communication skills, including phone, in-person, presentation, and writing skills. The Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH) should have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Service Delivery Manager – MSP (PWFH) Experience:
- Must have MSP EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of Team Lead/MSP experience REQUIRED
- Experience with: ConnectWise
- Windows and OSX Desktops
- O365 Migrations
- VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization implementation
- AWS and Azure technical experience
- Project Management Experience
- Excellent communication skills related to Customer Service.
- A strong focus on balancing customers’ needs with adherence to operational processes.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others.
