We are currently seeking an Service Desk Analyst (MSP) to join the Service Desk team.

The Service Desk Analyst (MSP) will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The Service Desk Analyst (MSP) will be responsible for Tier 1 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer.

Service Desk Analyst (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments within a team environment
  • Manage accounts in active directory, complete password resets, provide printer support
  • Remote into desktops & complete basic troubleshooting
  • Troubleshooting and some administration of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure

Service Desk Analyst (MSP) Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 6+ months experience with O365 and Active Directory
  • ConnectWise experience preferred
  • 6 months+ MSP experience required
