Service Desk Analyst (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments within a team environment
- Manage accounts in active directory, complete password resets, provide printer support
- Remote into desktops & complete basic troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting and some administration of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
Service Desk Analyst (MSP) Requirements:
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016, Exchange 2013/2016
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 6+ months experience with O365 and Active Directory
- ConnectWise experience preferred
- 6 months+ MSP experience required
