We are a next-gen Cloud Services Provider seeking a Service Desk Engineer L2 – ConnectWise to join our expanding team. We’re celebrating 15 years in business with no end in sight! We are seeking a Service Desk Engineer L2 – ConnectWise is already comfortable working with ConnectWise and has previous MSP experience.

The Service Desk Engineer L2 – ConnectWise will report to our Glendale office. The Service Desk Engineer L2 – ConnectWise position will be consist of workstation roll outs, server/network troubleshooting, system set up, and software installations – in addition you will be working with Sr. Engineers on cloud migrations and network security projects. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain more experience and grow their knowledge base.

Service Desk Engineer L2 – ConnectWise Requirements:

  • MSP experience
  • ConnectWise experience highly preferred, similar tools such as N-Able or Kaseya are a plus
  • Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, M365 troubleshooting/administration, virtualization with VMware/Hyper-V, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
  • Experience in general Network Administration/Troubleshooting
  • Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in between
