Service Desk Engineer – L2 (MSP) Technical Skills & Responsibilities:
- Resolve all Tier 1 escalated incidents
- Server 2008 — Server 2016 or 2019 installation, maintenance and support
- Windows 10 installation, recovery, support and maintenance
- Full range of Microsoft products including Office Suite
- Ongoing management of Office 365 and Azure environments
- Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP administration
- VPN, Router and remote access administration via SonicWall
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team member
