Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP)

Our presence continues to grow which is why we are seeking a Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP). As the Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP), you will onboard in office for a month then transition to a hybrid WFH model (3 days in office, 2 days at home). Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) Skills and Qualifications:

  • Managed Services experience REQUIRED
  • Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, 11 Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Cloud or Microsoft Office 365 and Google environments is a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and punctuality.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Patience with people and the ability to help train end users

Service Desk Engineer Level 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
  • Troubleshoot desktops
  • Troubleshoot networks
  • Install operating system, software, and updates
  • Remove viruses
  • Install antivirus
  • Communicate issues with appropriate engineers
  • Work alongside Senior Engineer team to troubleshoot
