Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP):

We are a Cloud and Managed Services Provider that has been serving the Houston business community since 2003. We are a group of technology enthusiasts who enjoy getting to work with cutting edge technologies. Our current opening is for a Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) that has a background in the MSP industry.

The Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) role is full-time, permanent with full benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), 401(k) with company match, three weeks PTO, paid training, certification reimbursement, and hybrid WFH after 6 months.

The Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) will support clients onsite and from our office using ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control.

Service Desk Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • At least 1 year of MSP experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
  • Windows Server versions 2016 – 2022
  • VMware or Hyper-V support
  • Azure (InTune, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers)
  • Configuration and change management
  • Act as an escalation support point for infrastructure, operational, and security issues.
