Service Desk Support – Tier I (MSP) Overview:

We are seeking an Service Desk Support – Tier I (MSP) to join our growing team in Lake Dallas, TX.

The Service Desk Support – Tier I (MSP) provides an opportunity to join a tight-knit team with a work-hard play-hard mentality. In the Service Desk Support – Tier 1 (MSP) position you will get to work with M365 administration, Hyper-V/VMware, SonicWALL, Windows Server, Azure, and more.

The Service Desk Support – Tier I (MSP) position is best suited for someone who has 1-2 years of IT/MSP experience and enjoys working the service desk but hopes to learn from senior engineers to work their way up into a Junior Sys Admin position!

Service Desk Support – Tier I (MSP) Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent customer service skills over the phone , in person or via email
  • Ability to follow through and make sure issues are resolved
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues from the bottom up
  • Ability to stay on task and multitask with minimal supervision
  • Has or is currently working towards a Microsoft Certification preferred
