Service Technician

We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquarters in Torrance, CA. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. We believe the Service Technicians plays the most important role to achieve this goal. We place a strong emphasis on work/life balance and technical advancement.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

Resolve user issues assigned in the form of tickets in the onsite & helpdesk service boards communicating with technical staff and escalating outstanding issues
Walk customers through problem solving process
Basic domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
Basic level experience in managing virtualized platforms such as VMWare, AWS, Azure, and Citrix
Review RMM dashboard and apply remediation actions as indicated by our Processes

Service Technician Requirements:

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Experience working with ConnectWise or Kaseya
Hands on experience with Active directory, O365, Windows OS
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Service Technician Salary and Perks:

Base salary $45,000-$60,000 (dependent on experience)
