Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Resolve user issues assigned in the form of tickets in the onsite & helpdesk service boards communicating with technical staff and escalating outstanding issues
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Basic domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Basic level experience in managing virtualized platforms such as VMWare, AWS, Azure, and Citrix
- Review RMM dashboard and apply remediation actions as indicated by our Processes
Service Technician Requirements:
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Experience working with ConnectWise or Kaseya
- Hands on experience with Active directory, O365, Windows OS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Service Technician Salary and Perks:
- Base salary $45,000-$60,000 (dependent on experience)
