Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise):

We are continuing to grow and are actively seeking a personable and determined Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise). The Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) role will involve proactively monitoring and maintaining clients’ IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and implementing new IT solutions with Engineers. Your primary responsibility as a Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) will be supporting AD/GPO, Windows Server, M365 administration, ConnectWise, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, Meraki, and Azure Entra ID.

This role requires previous experience working for a MSP.

Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/ConnectWise) Skills:

  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems for Desktops and Laptop
  • Windows Server versions 2008-2022
  • Windows Server: Remotely Diagnose, Troubleshoot and Repair
  • M365 administration
  • Active Directory and Group Policy requests
  • Networking architecture and equipment (routers, firewalls, switches, cabling, VoIP, etc.)
  • Backup Solutions (hardware/software and Cloud)
  • Azure Entra ID (Intune a plus)
