Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP):

The Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) must have previous experience in the IT Managed Services industry. Whether it’s resolving network issues, implementing IT solutions, or providing top-tier customer service, your work will directly impact the success of our clients practices across the region.

Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, and basic Windows Server administration).
  • Experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, group policy basics).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic networking principles (subnetting, VPNs, firewall basics).
  • Experience using PSA and RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja, etc) for troubleshooting and system maintenance
  • Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (antivirus, EDR, email security, and phishing protection).
