Service Engineer – MSP
We are seeking a Service Engineer – MSP with an IT Services background. This company is seeking a tenacious and honest MSP Field Service Engineer that will handle escalated support, project-based work, an onsite consultation. The Field Service Engineer – MSP will is responsible for working in a support, projects and junior vCIO capacity.
The Service Engineer – MSP will install, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of products and equipment and make recommendations on which product best fit the customers’ needs. A qualified Field Service Engineer – MSP will have knowledge of Microsoft Server solutions such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, clusters, etc. This position has a career track to vCIO or Project Engineer
Service Engineer – MSP Experience:
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP) REQUIRED
- Onsite support of Windows-based desktop, mobile computes/devices, and printers
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
- Installation and configuration of Windows Servers
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
- ConnectWise and N-Able experience
- Performs maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair devices to include network switches, routers, servers, remote access, and cloud services
- Microsoft, Cisco, SonicWALL
- Experience working with VMware and Microsoft Systems
- Provide problem resolution for client’s networks, systems, and any related IT issues
Service Engineer – MSP Salary:
- Salary: $70k-$80k based on experience
