Sr. Systems Engineer – Managed Service Provider

Come join a steadily growing Managed Service Provider in the Chicago area. We are currently seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer – Managed Service Provider to be part of our dynamic team. This is a full time position with healthcare coverage, PTO, Life insurance benefits, certification reimbursement and more. The Sr. Systems Engineer – Managed Service Provider will work from home Monday – Thursday and join the team for lunch on Fridays.

The Sr. Systems Engineer – Managed Service Provider will be able administer and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers (DNS, DHCP, AD, Azure AD, Group policy etc.) The Sr. Systems Engineer – Managed Service Provider will be responsible for implementation, administration, maintenance, and level 3 issue resolution. This day-to-day role will include assisting end-users in all areas with world class customer service.

Sr. Systems Engineer – Managed Service Provider Experience:

Must Have 3+ Years Of MSP Experience
Experience with CISCO networking devices
Azure deployments
Installation and Configuration of network devices (Switches, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points etc.)
Microsoft Exchange Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting
O365/G-suite/Azure Migrations
VMware 6.0 to 7.0 Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting
Layer 2/3 Switching
Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, routing, and other network appliances
