As the Sr. Systems Engineer – Partial WFH (MSP) you will be serving as an escalation point for other engineers to resolve technical issues, educating them on troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Assisting with new client onboardings as needed. The Sr. Systems Engineer – Partial WFH (MSP) should have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications. We are seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer – Partial WFH (MSP) with a go-getter attitude who is ready to grow with a dynamic team.
Sr. Systems Engineer – Partial WFH (MSP) Experience:
- Must Have 3+ Years Of MSP Experience
- Office 365 troubleshooting/administration/migration
- Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
- Microsoft Exchange Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Cloud and virtualization using Hyper-V, VMWare, and other technologies.
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, routing, and other network appliances
