Bowman Williams specializes in working with IT Cloud Computing companies. We recruit the talent for our clients. We work with help desk engineers, service desk managers, field tech engineers, system administrators, network administrators, virtualization and cloud architects, and sales people – but all within the same niche.

Staffing Account Manager (Client Side) Responsibilities:

  • Manage a set of existing client accounts (No Sales, we have a Sales team for that!)
  • Submit qualified talent, schedule interviews, and coordinate client/candidate feedback
  • Negotiate offers/salary’s and drive placements to close through creativity & strategic thinking
  • Keep client base up to date with industry trends and top talent
  • Build and maintain long lasting client relationships

Staffing Account Manager (Client Side) Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of staffing agency experience preferably in a full desk model or dealing with the client relations side.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills & Strategic thinking
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • IT Infrastructure Staffing experience is a MAJOR PLUS typical skills include: Windows, Exchange, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco.

Staffing Account Manager (Client Side) Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission (First year to third year compensation ranges between $75K – $135K+) (Base salary around $60-70k)
