A fast-growing Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services Provider is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition. This is a pure hunter role focused 100% on net-new logo acquisition — not account management.

You’ll work directly with C-level decision makers, guiding them through a consultative, multi-step sales process to close mid-market IT services and cybersecurity deals across multiple industries. You’ll have full-cycle ownership from prospecting to close while partnering with internal engineers, service teams, and leadership to build tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in managed IT services and cybersecurity
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution alignment, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders at prospective client companies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope and present solution offerings
  • Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and track sales activity consistently
  • Hit KPIs tied to qualified meetings, pipeline health, and quarterly/annual revenue goals
  • Develop strategic territory and prospecting plans alongside sales leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success selling MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity solutions (REQUIRED)
  • Strong background in net-new logo hunting and new account acquisition
  • Experience selling to C-level and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Skilled at communicating both business value and technical solutions
  • Self-driven, accountable, and highly resilient
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management habits

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $80,000 – $110,000 Base + Lucrative Commission Plan
