IT Support Engineer – ConnectWise Job Duties:
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves basic issues with client computers, devices, peripherals,
and networking equipment. - Installs hardware components and software applications.
- Performs routine computer maintenance and monitoring tasks.
- Performs basic Microsoft Windows enterprise‐level networking tasks on client systems.
- Assists and instructs client end users on technology use via phone/remote connection and in
person. - Assist with advanced Microsoft Windows enterprise‐level networking tasks and higher‐level projects on client systems.
- Utilizes management software to accurately provide services and document work
