IT Support Engineer – ConnectWise Job Duties:

  • Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves basic issues with client computers, devices, peripherals,
    and networking equipment.
  • Installs hardware components and software applications.
  • Performs routine computer maintenance and monitoring tasks.
  • Performs basic Microsoft Windows enterprise‐level networking tasks on client systems.
  • Assists and instructs client end users on technology use via phone/remote connection and in
    person.
  • Assist with advanced Microsoft Windows enterprise‐level networking tasks and higher‐level projects on client systems.
  • Utilizes management software to accurately provide services and document work
