Support Engineer Level 2 – Managed Service Provider

We are seeking to add an experienced Support Engineer Level 2 – Managed Service Provider to our growing team. The ideal Support Engineer Level 2 – Managed Service Provider will have at least 2-4 years of MSP experience and have the ability to resolve customer issues, providing superior customer service to ensure satisfied customers.

The Support Engineer Level 2 – Managed Service Provider should have basic networking experience such as – SonicWall / VPN’s / Creating Users / WiFi Connectivity. The Support Engineer Level 2 – Managed Service Provider will be providing support from start to finish for all desktop/server related issues including problem assessment/resolution.

Support Engineer Level 2 – Managed Service Provider  Requirements:

  • MSP Experience is REQUIRED (2+ years)
  •  Windows 10 installation, recovery, support and maintenance
  • Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Experience with Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
  • Full range of Microsoft products including Office Suite
  • VPN, Router and remote access administration via SonicWall
  • Experience with the administration of Microsoft AD and Group Policy
