System Administrator Overview:

We are currently seeking a System Administrator to join our solutions team. You’ll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to project work, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service. The System Administrator should have at least 1 year of MSP experience.

System Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and document Microsoft server environments, including customer line of business applications.
  • Install software releases and updates for client environments.
  • Implement and maintain on-premises Hyper-V/VMware virtual environments.
  • Configure, install, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and networking components.
  • Collaborate with peers on both client support and projects.
  • Participate in after hours, on-call rotation for high severity incidents.
  • Field calls from clients and provide end-user support as needed.
  • Uphold customer service standards and attention to detail through all duties.
  • Investigate and evaluate the viability of new and emerging technologies for customer environments.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to deliver a positive support experience.
  • Manage multiple customer technology environments.

System Administrator Technology Experience:

  • Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Microsoft 365 – Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Experience with PSA/Ticketing system and RMM tools.
  • Working knowledge of various security compliance (CJIS, HIPAA etc.).
  • Working knowledge of various hypervisors – VMware, HyperV.
  • Network administration (SonicWALL and Meraki)
