System Administrator Overview:

We are currently seeking a System Administrator to join our solutions team. You’ll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to project work, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service. The System Administrator should have at least 1 year of MSP experience.
System Administrator Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and document Microsoft server environments, including customer line of business applications.
- Install software releases and updates for client environments.
- Implement and maintain on-premises Hyper-V/VMware virtual environments.
- Configure, install, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and networking components.
- Collaborate with peers on both client support and projects.
- Participate in after hours, on-call rotation for high severity incidents.
- Field calls from clients and provide end-user support as needed.
- Uphold customer service standards and attention to detail through all duties.
- Investigate and evaluate the viability of new and emerging technologies for customer environments.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to deliver a positive support experience.
- Manage multiple customer technology environments.
System Administrator Technology Experience:
- Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Microsoft 365 – Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams.
- Experience with PSA/Ticketing system and RMM tools.
- Working knowledge of various security compliance (CJIS, HIPAA etc.).
- Working knowledge of various hypervisors – VMware, HyperV.
- Network administration (SonicWALL and Meraki)
