System Administrator Level 2 – MSP Projects Team Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of client systems and infrastructure
- Monitor server and network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS and DHCP servers
- Manage Office 365 and Azure environment
- Provide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote users
System Administrator Level 2 – MSP Projects Team Requirements:
- MSP Industry experience is a required
- At least 3 years in a technical support position
- Experience Connectwise
- Understanding of Active Directory, with Azure and Office 365 integrations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS through 10 and Microsoft Office through 2019
