System Administrator Position Overview:

We are an award-winning national Managed and Cloud Services provider with a focus on the Financial industry. We have multiple offices (NY, TX, & CA) with our headquarters located in Manhattan. We have moved all of our existing clients into the Cloud and have a pre-requisite for new clients to migrate to off-premise infrastructures. We believe working with cutting-edge technology is a vital tool for businesses to accelerate their growth.

Due to organic growth, our team is looking for a System Administrator with a background working for a MSP or CSP. The System Administrator must have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. The System Administrator should be well versed with Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure, M365, AWS, Cisco, PowerShell, and Security best practices.

System Administrator Technical Proficiencies:

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Create AD users, groups and group policies with minimal guidance
  • Ability to add workstations to domains and to manage file server shares and permissions
  • Proficient with troubleshooting Users, Groups, GPOs
  • Microsoft Azure Entra ID
  • Conditional Access Policy creation, deployment, and management
  • Microsoft 365
  • All standard Office Suite applications
  • Creation and management of user(s) and group(s)
  • Microsoft Endpoint/Intune
  • Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) Console
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • ConnectWise Manage
  • Cisco Meraki
  • Cisco Umbrella
  • Ubiquiti UniFi Products
  • Unifi Management Console
