System Administrator & Client Success Manager- MSP
We are an established and versatile MSP offering services ranging from Managed IT Services, Security Solutions, and IT Consulting. We are always looking to expand our service offerings and have been a leader in the MSP space for more than 20 years.
Currently, we are seeking an experienced System Administrator & Client Success Manager to join our team. System Administrator & Client Success Manager will work in a hybrid role providing onsite support and serving as a trusted advisor to a unique set of clients. The ideal candidate should have a tier 2+ technical skill set and ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical clients.
System Administrator & Client Success Manager- MSP Responsibilities:
- Recommending new technologies and hardware and software solutions to clients.
- Configure and install/setup laptops, desktops, and accessories
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (i.e. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.) and provide training/assistance to end users
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
- Install RMM agent, antivirus, and cloud-based security software
- Configure mobile devices for email, multi-factor authentication, and mobile device management services
System Administrator & Client Success Manager- MSP Qualifications:
- 1+ years of MSP experience REQUIRED
- 5+ Years of IT experience working with Active Directory, O365, Windows OS, Cisco
- Experience with ConnectWise, Continuum RMM, and IT Glue preferred
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor, client consultant
