System Administrator & Client Success Manager- MSP Responsibilities:
- Recommending new technologies and hardware and software solutions to clients.
- Configure and install/setup laptops, desktops, and accessories
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (i.e. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules, etc.) and provide training/assistance to end users
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki firewalls and wireless access points
- Install RMM agent, antivirus, and cloud-based security software
- Configure mobile devices for email, multi-factor authentication, and mobile device management services
System Administrator & Client Success Manager- MSP Qualifications:
- 1+ years of MSP experience REQUIRED
- 5+ Years of IT experience working with Active Directory, O365, Windows OS, Cisco
- Experience with ConnectWise, Continuum RMM, and IT Glue preferred
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor, client consultant
