System Administrator (ConnectWise/Azure)

We are looking to further develop our Managed Services team by bringing on a System Administrator (ConnectWise/Azure). The ideal System Administrator (ConnectWise/Azure) candidate will have expertise in the deployment, automation, and support of all things within the Windows environment and M365 suite. This role requires a strong technical background and understanding of handling escalated tickets through ConnectWise and assisting in projects for Windows Server, Windows Desktops, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Previous MSP experience is required.

System Administrator (ConnectWise/Azure) Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
  • Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
  • Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
  • Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
