System Administrator (ConnectWise):

Our current opening is for a System Administrator (ConnectWise) who has a background working for a MSP or CSP. The System Administrator (ConnectWise) include maintaining and modernizing infrastructures (AWS/Azure/M365), troubleshooting and building network infrastructures (Cisco Meraki/SonicWall), supporting servers/workstations, and providing escalated support.

System Administrator (ConnectWise) Responsibilities:

  • Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022 Servers
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 11, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
  • Familiarity with PowerShell Automation
  • Experience with M365 and G-Suite
  • Experience troubleshooting email-related issues
  • Implementing client/server applications architecture on a team
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall) on a team
  • Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls on a team
  • Implementing and migrating legacy infrastructures to AWS/AZURE on a team
