System Administrator (ConnectWise) Required Experience:
- ConnectWise Ticketing System & ConnectWise Automate
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge if Active Directory and Azure AD
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and M365
- Knowledge of Webroot and Sentinole One
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Mac OS
- Windows Desktop Support (printers, networking, virus removal, VPN, etc.)
- Understanding of data recovery
- Knowledge of hard drive RAID configuration
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Technical hand-holding coupled with excellent people skills — some clients require more tact and guidance from a tech than others.
