System Administrator (ConnectWise):

We are a full service IT consulting and Managed Services Provider to businesses in various different industries. We offer technology hosting, monitoring, management, helpdesk, disaster prevention and recovery, as well as 360° cybersecurity programs, Incident response, Security Operations (SOC) and cybersecurity consulting. At this time, we are seeking an System Administrator (ConnectWise) who will handle advanced escalations and work with the Senior Architects on project work.

Some examples of projects the System Administrator (ConnectWise) will work on are M365 migrations, server deployments, firewall configurations, and Azure deployments. We are looking for someone with previous MSP experience and the desire to grow into a Senior role!

System Administrator (ConnectWise) Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle and resolve escalated network and server support issues independently and with minimal supervision
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Troubleshooting and deploying Windows Server 2012r2 – 2022
  • M365 administration and migrations
  • Active Directory and Group Policy creation
  • VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades. (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall, FortiGate).
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances.
  • Azure administration and support
