System Administrator – ConnectWise/MSP Overview:
We are a 50+ employee Cloud and Managed Services Provider with a presence throughout North America. We focus on modernizing IT infrastructures for clients primarily in the financial and healthcare spaces. We offer traditional managed services, cloud services, security-as-a-service, and IT consulting services. The System Administrator – ConnectWise/MSP will be working with Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Cisco, SonicWALL, and support Sr Engineers in projects. Main projects the System Administrator – ConnectWise/MSP will be apart of are M365 migrations and Azure deployments.
The System Administrator – ConnectWise/MSP must have previous experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider.
System Administrator – ConnectWise/MSP Requirements:
- Providing escalated support.
- Engaging in project-based work with a strong focus on M365, MS Azure, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- M365 migration experience highly preferred
- Hands-on work with desktops, networking, and a few physical servers.
- Server and workstation support including installing and updating software and troubleshooting errors
- Network administration (Meraki and SonicWall)
- Documenting resolutions and creating end-user instructions
