Due to organic growth, we are seeking a System Administrator (ConnectWise/MSP) to join our team of 15.

The ideal System Administrator (ConnectWise/MSP) candidate will provide second-level support for service requests involving workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software. Key System Administrator (ConnectWise/MSP) responsibilities include troubleshooting Microsoft business applications, implementing disaster recovery solutions, managing WAN/LAN connectivity and security, and supporting remote access solutions like Microsoft Azure and VPN. The role also involves monitoring alerts from the remote management system, maintaining documentation in ConnectWise, and communicating effectively with customers about incident progress and changes.

System Administrator (ConnectWise/MSP) Experience and Responsibilities:

  • At least one year of previous MSP experience
  • Provide second level support for service requests related to workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software
  • Handle IT support relating to technical issues for Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems
  • Support and implement disaster recovery solutions
  • Manage intermediate technical support for WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Implement and support remote access solutions (Microsoft Azure, AWS, VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix)
  • Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications from the remote monitoring and management system through service tickets
  • Maintain and review system documentation in ConnectWise
