System Administrator – Escalations and Projects (MSP)

Due to organic growth, we’re hiring a System Administrator – Escalations and Projects (MSP) to support our clients primarily located in Santa Monica, CA. Your key responsibilities will be to resolve L2/L3 escalations and work on projects with the Senior Engineers. Key technologies are Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Meraki , Fortinet, and Azure.
We are only considering System Administrator – Escalations and Projects (MSP) applicants with previous MSP experience. Previous experience supporting hospitality businesses is a major plus.
System Administrator – Escalations and Projects (MSP) Experience:
- Implement and Support Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy environments (2012-2022) on-premise and in the cloud
- Implement and Support M365 and Azure infrastructures.
- Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i. e. installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..).
- Experience with VMware and Hyper-V
- Proficient with Windows PowerShell Scripting
- Experience with switches, access points and setup / VLANs.
- Networking and Infrastructure Skills (DHCP, DNS, IP Addressing, Sub-Netting)
- Firewall Setup, Administration, & Support – Fortinet or Cisco
