System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP)

As the System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) you will be working with Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking Solutions, and Cloud Services like Azure and AWS. The successful System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) candidate will be a natural troubleshooter with the ability to also escalate issues proactively when needed.

Previous experience working for a MSP required for this role!

System Administrator / Help Desk Level 2 (MSP) Skills & Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows server (2016-2022)
  • Solid Desktop support experience with Windows 11
  • Solid networking experience with switches, firewalls, and connectivity issues
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop and Azure AVD
  • Exposure to image-based backup solutions (Veeam, Unitrends, Datto BDR)
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products (Entra ID, Intune, Office Suite)
  • VMWare and MS Hyper-V virtualization experience
  • Experience with ConnectWise highly preferred
  • MSP experience required
