IT System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) Overview:

Our current need is for a System Administrator (Hybrid WFH). The System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) will be able to WFH 2-3 days per week. The System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) must be well versed with ConnectWise, Datto RMM, Windows Server, M365, layer2/3 switching, SonicWALL, VMware, and Azure.

We do expect the System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) to have previous experience working for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider.

System Administrator (Hybrid WFH) Technologies & Experience:

  • ALL recent versions of MS Windows Server
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDP, TCP/IP, VPN, SSLVPN
  • Experience with IAAS Platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • MS Exchange Server (2007-2019) and Office 365 hosted solutions, including migrations from prior versions and cloud Exchange deployments
  • Moderate MS SQL Server database management
  • VMware vSphere management, including new implementations and migrations from prior version
  • HPE servers and storage solutions including Nimble SAN, MSA Storage
  • Networking experience including configuring VLANs, experience configuring and supporting managed Layer II/III switches
  • SonicWALL NSv, NSA- and TZ-series firewalls
  • Network assessment and documentation with solution recommendations
  • ConnectWise PSA, Datto RMM, or similar tools
  • Previous experience supporting law firms highly preferred
  • Previous MSP or CSP experience required
