System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP)

We are a white-glove Cloud and Managed Services Provider focused on the Healthcare and Financial industries. We are a single source for comprehensive technology support for our clients; from the design/build stage through 24×7 monitoring and account management. We provide a variety of services from Outsourced Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Workplace Technologies, to Project Management. We value our employees and strive to provide a culture of work/life balance which is why this person will be able to WFH 3-4 days per week but must be commutable to Yonkers.

The System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) will maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks for clients. You’ll be working on a team ranging from helpdesk technicians to Sr Engineers. The System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) should be comfortable supporting Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, VMWare, WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, security, VPN, Terminal Services, Windows 10/11, M365, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Citrix, Azure, printers, and backups.

System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) Job Responsibilities:

Manage, support, and troubleshoot LAN and WAN network devices
Manage, support, and troubleshoot Internet access and security appliances
Manage, support, and troubleshoot remote and wireless access
Manage, support, and troubleshoot remote desktop environments such as Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop
Manage, support, and troubleshoot disaster recovery platforms and software
Manage, support, and troubleshoot cloud services such as hosted email and content filtering
Perform patching, upgrades, and other preventative maintenance tasks

You’re a good fit if you have at least some of the following:

Knowledge of the OSI model and TCP/IP networking
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, NAT/PAT, and various content filtering and network access control technologies
Experience with imaging and OS deployment and management technologies
Experience with VMware’s virtualization stack and products
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems as well as Office 2013/ 2016/O365
Experience supporting various remote access technologies and products such as VPN, Citrix, and MS Remote Desktop
ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate (Labtech) experience
