System Administrator I (Managed Services) Requirements:
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Work with and advise team members and customers on best practices, advanced troubleshooting, and future systems designs
- Create and update documentation of existing or future customer environments
- Administration/troubleshooting of modern network technologies (Meraki and SonicWALL)
- Administration/troubleshooting of multi-site Active Directory 2008R2/2012/2016/2019 environments
- Administration/troubleshooting of Office365 & Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 environments
- Administration/troubleshooting of on-premises networks, WAN and vLAN configurations
- Administration/troubleshooting of virtualization environments (VMware and Hyper-V)
- Administration/troubleshooting of storage area networks
- Assist in the evaluation of current client environments, and recommendation of best practice solutions
