System Administrator II – 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated System Administrator II – 2nd Shift to join our MSP Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Azure, RMM, some project work, VMware or Hyper V, and Windows servers. The role will require hands-on technical expertise in managing and troubleshooting IT environments, providing excellent customer service to clients, and playing an integral role in the smooth operation of our client’s business technology stack.

Due to our continual growth, we need a System Administrator II – 2nd Shift to join our team who has previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider.

System Administrator II – 2nd Shift Responsibilities: 

  • Microsoft 365/Azure Migrations
  • Client On-boardings & off-boardings
  • Client employee on-boardings & off-boardings
  • Asset lifecycle operations
  • Work escalated tickets from the Help Desk team

System Administrator II – 2nd Shift Technologies:

  • Windows Server
  • AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP
  • O365
  • VMware/Hyper-V
  • Routers/Switches/Firewalls (SonicWALL, Meraki)
  • Azure

System Administrator II – 2nd Shift Benefits:
