System Administrator (IT Managed Services):

At this time we are currently seeking a System Administrator (IT Managed Services) who will handle escalations and backend projects. The System Administrator (IT Managed Services) will manage and configure critical infrastructure in Azure, including servers, Microsoft 365 with domain synchronization, and essential network components. Administer firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
Previous MSP is required for this role.
System Administrator (IT Managed Services) Responsibilities:
- Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment resolving hardware/software issues
- Field in-bound helpdesk calls over the phone or on client sites (when needed)
- Troubleshoot network devices, printers, and business-specific or line of business applications.
- Support for escalated tickets and respond to urgent customer requests
- Configure servers and other key components in Azure
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
