Due to continued revenue growth, we are currently seeking a System Administrator (IT Managed Services) with previous MSP experience. The System Administrator (IT Managed Services) role demands technical and business skills in cloud services, networking, and backup solutions. System Administrators analyze trends for potential automation and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams. Strong communication skills are a must.
This full-time System Administrator (IT Managed Services) position offers a salary of $70K – $80K, depending on experience.
System Administrator (IT Managed Services) Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of previous MSP experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory Management, Group Policy, Etc.
- A general understanding of TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS
- Hands-on experience with virus, spyware, and malware removal
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Firewall, Spam Filtering, AV, and other security tool management
- Experience supporting Azure Entra ID (Intune is a bonus)
- Experience with escalated helpdesk/desktop support
