System Administrator L2 (MSP) – Hybrid Work Enviroment

As a System Administrator L2, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems for our clients, ensuring that their networks and servers are running efficiently and securely.

System Administrator L2 (MSP) – Hybrid Work Enviroment Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for client systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
- Monitor and manage client networks, servers, and applications
- Assist with IT projects, such as system migrations and network upgrades
- Document and maintain accurate records of client systems and configurations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
System Administrator L2 (MSP) – Hybrid Work Enviroment Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managed service provider environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
- Certification such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA is a plus
